Measuring is more than collecting information. It is the foundation for insight, smart decision-making, and progress. During the Meet & Weet Event 2026, we bring together professionals who work daily with measuring instruments, data, and measurement solutions — and with the questions behind them.
A day full of knowledge, encounters, and fun, because measuring is more enjoyable when you do it together! To share the right knowledge, we rely heavily on your support as a supplier. We would therefore greatly appreciate your presence at this event to present your product(s).

What is the Meet & Weet Event?
The Meet & Weet Event is a fully catered event with a strong focus on hands-on experience. The emphasis is on knowledge sharing by users, supplemented by contributions from suppliers and specialists from Geometius.
The day begins and ends with a plenary session. In between, visitors can choose per round from 4 to 5 parallel presentations or demonstrations, allowing everyone to create their own personalized program.
This event is free of charge and brings together approximately 350 professionals from the geo-industry for a full day of knowledge sharing, inspiration, and networking: MEASURE – KNOW – CONNECT.

Who will attend?
Everyone from the Netherlands and Belgium with an interest in innovative measurement techniques is welcome — executives, employees, students, clients, and non-clients alike. Participation is free of charge for visitors.
What are the possibilities?
To inform our customers as thoroughly as possible about new and/or innovative products, we invite suppliers to present themselves in one or more of the following ways:
- An exhibition stand
- Item in the goodiebag
- A product demonstration on the premises
- A presentation (possibly together with a customer or a Geometius representative)
- A financial contribution
- Or a combination of these options
The venue offers space for demonstrations on land, in water, or in the air. Participation is free of charge. In principle, there are no costs associated with participation, but a financial contribution would be appreciated.
Registration
Via the button at the top of the page, you can indicate if and how you would like to present at the event. Please complete the participation form as soon as possible, no later than April 13th 2026, even if you are unable to participate. The exact details of your demonstration or presentation can be provided at a later stage.
